Stainless steel security mesh are different from material, wire diameter, weight and spray.

1. The surface of the security mesh generally are sprayed, rather than dipping(dipping is not environmental and friendly), the usage is different. Spray has right amd average color, outdoor powder spray matt treatment, non-toxic, non-radiation, also give people visual beauty.

2. For the material: the material of the standard stainless steel security mesh is 304 stainless steel(Ni8%, Cr18%) not general 201 stainless steel or galvanized material.
304 stainless steel material has temperture resistance and corrosion resistance, are all strictly tested, has long life time. Test method: take a small piece of sample, use the lighter to burn out the plastic powder then test with a syrap.
Need to make sure the woven type is plain weave(crimped security mesh has lower cost than plain weave, but the flatness is not good, will affect the appearance when install on the window)

3. For standard 304 stainless steel material, the weight of each specifications are same, 0.1mm thickness difference, the cost also will have some difference.
